Bookings

Quotes are estimates confirmed after assessment. A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge your requested date.

Prices are as quoted. Payment is due on completion by card or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

Reschedule or cancel free with 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations may incur a charge.

If you're not satisfied, notify us within 48 hours (72 hours for end-of-tenancy) and we'll re-clean the affected areas free of charge.

We carry £5m public liability insurance. Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
