How do I get a quote?

Message us on WhatsApp or give us a call with the task, your postcode and roughly how many hours you think you'll need — we'll confirm a firm price on the spot. No deposit; you only pay once the job's done and you're happy.

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

Yes. Every Taskrs cleaner is DBS-checked, reference-verified and covered by our £5m public liability insurance.

Do I need to provide products or equipment?

No — our teams arrive fully equipped with professional, eco-certified products. Prefer we use your own supplies for allergies? Just ask.

What is the spotless-or-we-return guarantee?

If anything isn't up to standard, tell us within 48 hours (72 for end-of-tenancy) and we'll return to re-clean free of charge.

How and when do I pay?

Pay securely by card or bank transfer after your clean is complete and you're happy. No large deposits, no cash-only surprises.

Can I get the same cleaner each visit?

Yes — for regular and housekeeping bookings you're matched with one consistent cleaner, with a vetted backup for holidays.

Do you cover my area?

We serve all Greater London boroughs across Zones 1–6. Message us on WhatsApp or call with your postcode to confirm.

How much notice do you need?

We often accommodate next-day bookings. For end-of-tenancy around month-end, 2–3 days is ideal as slots fill quickly.

Are your products safe for children and pets?

Yes. We use eco-certified, non-toxic products safe for kids, pets and sensitive households by default.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Reschedule or cancel free with 24 hours' notice. We know London life is unpredictable.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
